ARALEAD is indicated for: The treatment of essential hypertension in adults. The treatment in adults of heart failure with left ventricular systolic dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction = 40%) in combination with inhibitors of the conversion enzyme (ACE) or in case of intolerance to the conversion enzyme inhibitors (ACE): cf Pharmacodynamics.
