AZACITIDINE NEAPOLIS is indicated for the treatment of adult patients not eligible for a hematopoietic stem cell transplant and presenting: an intermediate-2 or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) according to the international prognostic scoring system (IPSS), a chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) with 10-29% of medullary blasts without myeloproliferative syndrome, an acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) with 20-30% of blasts and dysplasia of multiple lines, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification.
