Malignant pleural mesothelioma: * PEMETREXED NEAPOLIS, in combination with cisplatin, is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable malignant pleural mesothelioma who have not previously received chemotherapy. * Non-small cell lung cancer:

PEMETREXED NEAPOLIS, in combination with cisplatin, is indicated as first-line treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, provided the histology is not predominantly squamous.

PEMETREXED NEAPOLIS is indicated as monotherapy in second-line treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, provided the histology is not predominantly squamous.
